Can I provide a complete custom design for my business cards?
Yes, you can. We accept your design in a variety of formats including JPG, PNG, .PS, .AI, etc. We will review your design, ensure it can be produced correctly and with high-quality, then let you know the exact price.
Do you offer shipping outside of United States?
Not yet, but it is coming soon.
Can I make special requests for custom business card designs and options not on your website?
Yes, we are ready to hear any request you can think of. That doesn't mean we can make a business card out of solid diamond or moon rock or whatever your request might be, but we will thoroughly explore the idea and let you know.
What does a metal business card feel like?
Check out the videos in our gallery for a full review. But since you're here, how a metal business card feels depends on which type of metal you select. For example, 0.2 mm aluminum is nearly as flexible as a normal paper-based business card, though it has a distinct metal rigidity. Other materials such as 0.8 mm aluminum are much more rigid and have very little flexibility.
What do you do with my information?
Any information we collect is only what is required to process your order. You will NEVER get marketing emails from us. We will NEVER use your information in any way other than to complete your order for custom business cards.
How can I pay?
All payments go through Stripe when you click the Buy Now button. They maintain a modern, updated suite of payment methods including Apple Pay, Klarna, Amazon Pay in addition to a card or bank account. Your payment information is handled by them alone; it is never accessed by us.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes, we are happy to offer special lower pricing for bulk orders. Much of our cost is the time setting up a card design for production, so bulk orders allow us to spend more time on production, giving a lower cost per piece. Contact us with details about your requested card design; we can even help optimize it for maximum cost savings.
How do you make custom business cards?
While we plan to add many more custom options, our flagship appraoch is to use distinctive aluminum card stock and a high-tech MOPA fiber laser to mark, engrave, and cut your design. This produces a very clean custom artwork that is also durable.
Can I get a sample?
Yes, you can. Visit our contact page and make a request for a sample. Let us know what style of design and material you're interested in. Also, let us know any concerns you have about the finished product so we can choose a sample business card to put those concerns to rest. Please understand we are currently only shipping to the United States.
